Keep only the pieces that make you feel confident and comfortable in your own skin and that will enhance your natural beauty!

Getting dressed becomes simple and even fun, with no more decision fatigue.

Mornings are the most important moment of the day and how you spend it will set the tone for the whole day.

Instead of rushing through a dozen things, craft a peaceful, simple morning routine: stretch, read a few pages, sip your coffee in silence, and pray.

I like to spend my first 5 minutes in bed and be grateful for one more day in my life and the possibility of doing better.

Even 10 minutes of quiet can completely change how you show up in the world.
